Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched after stock, payment or Cash on Delivery eligibility is confirmed. Dispatch time is confirmed after stock verification. Shipping charge and delivery date are confirmed before payment or dispatch. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Return and refund
Returns are accepted only for eligible coloured shirts that are unused, unwashed and have their original tags. Dhotis, coordinated sets and other products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly supplied. Contact AASAAN promptly after delivery for an eligible return. Approved refunds are processed after inspection.
Privacy
Customer contact, delivery and order information is used only to process purchases, provide support and send updates chosen by the customer. Payment details are handled by the connected secure payment provider when that service is enabled.
Terms and cancellation
Product colours may vary slightly between screens. Wholesale discounts depend on the total eligible quantity in the order. Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch; customised, altered or already-dispatched orders may not be cancellable.
